"New Horizons" is a UV (ultraviolet) blacklight fluorescent and glow-in-the-dark phosphorescent postcard print, made from the original psychedelic spiritual visionary
fantasy fine art backdrop painting by Symeon Nostrakis, and depicting
Love, Mystery, Magic, and Alchemy through an elaborate Amagalm of Esoteric Symbols:
The 4 corners host the Four Elements, Amanita Muscaria (Fly Agaric) Mushrooms for Earth, tropical Fish and the Full Moon for Water, a hot air balloon and Birds flying in the Sky for Air, and Flames for Fire, while the Pyramid in the middle is filled with Stars like an
Inter-Dimensional Gate to Space, whereas Space stands for the 5th element, Aether.
The Eye of Horus / Eye of Ra / Wedjat encircled in a Triple circular Rainbow on the Pyramid's top stands for the Eye of Insight, the 3rd Eye, and the All-Seeing Eye of God; it is also a Target and a Beacon shooting out a Beam of Light that guides all Beings (Fish, Birds, and Humans)
to come towards it, so that the Many return back to the One, where they originated from.
THIS IS NOT the infamous Illuminati symbol of a human eye atop a pyramid of bricks,
the symbol of a top-down command and control system of compartmentalization!
THIS IS the Left Eye of Horus, a symbol of Healing and Protection, atop a Pyramid of Stars!
The Couple walking together in Love and Companionship, are moving through the 4 Elements (the Physical World) and on towards the Light at the end of the Street reaching out the 5th Element (the Spiritual World).
Being naked, they are natural, honest and clean, free of guilts, frills and baggages along the Way they walk.
They represent the Harmonic Union of
Male and Female, and in an Esoteric level, the Alchemical Union of the Opposites and the
Prime Universal Forces of Yin and Yang working on the World together in Harmony.
The hot air balloon has the Globe painted on it, thus being a vision of a
higher elevated Earth civilization, while planet Jupiter rising next to it
is radiating its Jovial, Optimistic, Expanding and Majestic attributes...
If you don't have a UV black-light, the postcard will still glow in the dark and of course be visible in normal light.
For better glow-in-the-dark results place postcard near a bright light source and allow at least 30 minutes for charging.
The brighter the light and the more time the postcard is exposed to it, the more energy it will absorb and the more it will glow.
Additionally, the darker the room when you switch off the lights, the more pronounced the night glow effect will appear.
A black light source will charge the postcard better and will make it glow more than a normal light source would.
Alternatively, you can use fluorescent lighting for charging (FT tubes or small CFL economy lamps).
Old incandescent lamps cannot provide sufficient charging as they do not emit UV light.
